For a number of years we have been providing advice on long term care planning. We listen to our clients’ concerns and fully explain the options available.
We work with clients, and individuals who hold Powers of Attorney, to assist in arranging fees for care and nursing (which can be very high), and can offer a guaranteed care fees plan. This, in essence, provides a tax free payment direct to the care home for the remainder of the resident’s life. In addition the payment can be index-linked to allow for any increase in care home fees.
Martin Cornell is our qualified adviser and is an accredited member of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA).
The Society of Later Life Advisers was founded in 2008 as a not for profit organisation to meet the needs of consumers, advisers and those who provide financial products and services to the later life market. Solla’s aim is to ensure that consumers are better informed about the financial issues of later life.
SOLLA makes sure that all accredited advisers fully satisfy their demanding criteria. This means peace of mind and assurance as the advice given is from financial advisers who have proved that they have specialist knowledge of the sector.
